Our Founder Barum brings over 18 years’ experience of recruitment, sales and leadership training, he has extensive experience of working across a wide range of industries, cultures and countries.
Barum is a Professional Certified Coach(International Coach Federation), Master Practitioner of NLP and has experience using a number of personality tools including Lumina Spark,Lumina Emotion, Lumina Leader, Lumina Sales psychometric tools, DISC, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, Strengths Finder and Values.
