Barum Jeffries

Whilst working internally as Head of L&D at various recruitment businesses, reclearn’s founder recognised that current recruitment and leadership training methods were stuck in the 1990’s. Barum wanted to challenge the way such training was being delivered in order to achieve real and lasting results, and so, reclearn was born.

Barum has been entrenched in the recruitment industry since 2007, working across a wide range of industries, cultures and countries, and helping hundreds of businesses, consultants, managers and leaders create results. 

Throughout this time, he has accumulated a breadth and depth of experience both running development academies and managing learning & development teams. 

Barum is a qualified coach and Coach Mentor with the International Coach Federation and sits on the UK ICF board supporting Coaching in Organisations. 

He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and is qualified to successfully use psychometric tools such as
